Who we are

AgentDepot is operated by SOLID CODE DOO, a company registered at 3 Grčića Milenka Street, 11000 Belgrade, Serbia (registration number 22133349, VAT number 115250451) — “AgentDepot”, “we”, “us” or “our”. This policy explains what information we collect when you use AgentDepot, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions about this policy or how your data is handled: [email protected].

Information we collect

We collect the following categories of information:

• Account identity. When you sign in, your identity provider (Google, GitHub, Microsoft or Atlassian) shares your name, email address, profile picture and a unique account identifier with us.
• Organization data. Organization names, membership, roles and settings for the organizations you create or join.
• Agent configurations and prompts. The agents you build, including their instructions, prompts, tool access and configuration.
• Chat and conversation content. Messages, task requests and agent outputs exchanged in conversations.
• Uploaded files. Documents and other files you upload for an agent to use.
• Usage and billing records. Feature usage, consumption metrics and payment history (handled by our payment processor — see “Who we share data with” below).
• Server logs. Standard technical logs such as IP address, browser and device information, timestamps and request metadata, generated automatically by our infrastructure.

Google user data

When you sign in to AgentDepot with Google, we request the openid, profile and email scopes. This gives us only your name, email address and profile picture. We use this information solely to create and authenticate your AgentDepot account. We do not use Google user data for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not transfer it to any third party except the subprocessors described below, who process it only on our behalf and under contract in order to provide the service.

Third-party integrations

AgentDepot lets you connect an agent to third-party services — for example project management, code hosting or communication tools — through integrations you authorize. Data accessed through these integrations is processed only to carry out the specific agent task you requested, and is not used to train AI models, ours or any provider’s.

Who we share data with

We share data with a limited set of service providers (“subprocessors”) who help us run AgentDepot, under confidentiality and data-processing obligations. They fall into the following categories:

• AI and language-model providers, to process the requests your agents make
• Cloud hosting and storage providers, to run the service and store your data
• A payment processor, to handle billing and subscriptions
• A transactional email provider, to deliver account and product notifications

An up-to-date list of the specific subprocessors we use is available on request at [email protected]. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Data retention and deletion

We retain your data for as long as your account is active, or as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. You can request deletion of your account and its data at any time by contacting [email protected]. Deleting your account removes the profile data we received from Google (and any other identity provider) along with your organization, agent and conversation data, except where we are required by law to retain certain records — billing records, for example — for longer.

Security

We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your data, including encryption of data in transit (TLS) and at rest, role-based access controls, and restricted internal access to production systems on a need-to-know basis. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

International transfers and your rights

Your data may be processed in countries other than the one you live in, including by the subprocessors described above. Where required by law, we rely on appropriate safeguards for those transfers.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, export, correct or delete your personal information, to object to its processing, and to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection supervisory authority. To exercise any of these rights, contact [email protected] and we will respond within a reasonable time. Where mandatory local consumer-protection or data-protection law — such as the EU or UK GDPR — grants you rights beyond those described here, that law applies and takes precedence over the governing-law clause in our Terms of Service.

Children

AgentDepot is not directed at, and is not intended for use by, anyone under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact [email protected] and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. If we make material changes we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you by email or through the product. Continuing to use AgentDepot after a change takes effect means you accept the updated policy.
